To convert RM, RMVB files to OGG, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". RM, RMVB and OGG are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters yourself. Just click "Options" button and active the "OGG Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, Frequency is 44,100Hz, Channel is Stereo, Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Max Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Min Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Quality is 600, disable VBR and VBR Quality. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. To edit the ID3 information, just select the file you want to edit and then click "ID3", edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created ogg file.
4. Choose Output Settings to "OGG", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.

Notice:
1. After clicking "To OGG ", if a message as "Don't support this OGG format, please reset." appears, it because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. For example, you have set to frequency 48KHz, bitrate 32Kbps. If so, please low the frequency or high the bitrate.
2. VBR stands for "Variable Bit Rate". Using VBR will allow the sampler to vary the bit rate depending on the profile of the incoming audio signal.
3. If you check "Enable Quality", you can use any available values for Bitrate, MinBitrate and MaxBitrate. This parameter affects the convertation speed and the quality of the result file. But any value of Quality is correct for the convertation with any available combination of other parameters.

To convert OGG to RM, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". OGG and RM are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters by yourself. Just click "Settings" button and active the "RM Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, select "128k Dual ISDN". Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. Choose Output Settings to "RM", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.

In OGG TO RM Converter, there is a ID3-Editor. You can edit the ID3 information of created OGG and RM files. Click "ID3 Tag" and fill the tag information you want your created file has, then click "Ok" button. When converting files, the ID3 information will be written into your created file. The ID3 information on the ID3 windows is Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment.
