To convert RM, RMVB, RAM, MP2, MP1, MPEG, MPG to MP3, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path". RM, RMVB, RAM, MP2, MP1, MPEG and MPG are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters yourself. Just click "Options" button and active the "MP3 Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, Frequency is 44,100Hz, Channel is Stereo, Bitrate is 128kb, Quality is 8, VBR Bitrate is 128kb, VBR Quality is 8. Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. To edit the ID3 information, just select the file you want to edit and then click "ID3", edit the Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment information for the created mp3 file.
4. Choose Output Settings to "MP3", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.

Notice:
1. After clicking "Convert", if a message as "Don't support this MP3 format, please reset." appears, it because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.
2. VBR stands for "Variable Bit Rate". Using VBR will allow the sampler to vary the bit rate depending on the profile of the incoming audio signal.

To convert MP2, MP1, MP3, MPG, MPEG to RM, just do as below:
1. Add files by "Add File" or "Add Path".MP2, MP1, MP3, MPG, MPEG and RM are all accepted. Remove the file by clicking "Remove" or "Clear" button - Just remove the file-recorder from filelist, not really delect them from your computer.
2. Do your settings. You can set the parameters by yourself. Just click "Settings" button and active the "RM Setting" page, then you can do your settings. If you are not satisfied with your setting and want to use default setting, just click 'Default' button. By default, select "128k Dual ISDN". Remember to click "Ok" button after your settings.
3. Choose Output Settings to "RM", click "Convert", then the conversion will begin. To terminate the conversion, click "Stop" button.

Notice:
Protected WMA files cannot be converted since they are locked.

In MP3 TO RM Converter, there is a ID3-Editor. You can edit the ID3 information of created MP3 and RM files. Click "ID3 Tag" and fill the tag information you want your created file has, then click "Ok" button. When converting files, the ID3 information will be written into your created file. The ID3 information on the ID3 windows is Title, Artist, Album, Year, Track, Genre and Comment.
